  • Kwear Studio is an online retailer of children’s clothing (girls, boys, and baby apparel), based in Lahore, Pakistan.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of kwearstudio.com.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • All orders are for personal/household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or sizing will appear identical on all devices/screens.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at our discretion, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirms we’ve received your order — it does not guarantee product availability until payment and stock are verified.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
4.3 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing/listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Pakistan via courier partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, M&P, PostEx).
  • Free shipping applies to orders above PKR 3,000 (or as stated on the website at time of order).
  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and may vary based on your location.
  • Kwear Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept size/fit exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@kwearstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Sale/discounted items may be final sale unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product photography, graphics, text, and design — is the property of Kwear Studio and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
