Shipping Coverage

K Wear Studio delivers to serviceable locations across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier’s coverage in your area.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

  • Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free shipping.

  • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • The customer’s location

  • Courier service operations

  • Public holidays and weekends

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Confirmation

K Wear Studio may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number when placing your order. K Wear Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be shared when it becomes available after dispatch.

Delayed Deliveries

Courier delays may occasionally occur after an order has been dispatched. K Wear Studio will assist in following up with the courier; however, final delivery timing remains subject to the courier service.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If a parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it without contacting K Wear Studio.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and share:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or a short video of the parcel and item
